"I ordered the king sheets in Pebble Heather and they arrived today. The Pebble color was described as a “cool grey” by an associate. Incorrect, it’s absolutely a warm oatmeal color. I’m happy with the color but wish there had been more pics and an accurate description from customer service. My deal breaker complaints, however; are: 1. No top/bottom tag on the bottom sheet. At this price point, I expect that. Even my target sheets have that…. 2. There was no option to choose standard pillow cases. I usually get by with king by folding the leftover fabric back inside the open end. These king pillow cases are envelope style, like a sham. There is no way to use them on standard pillows so these are basically useless to me. I am a long time, loyal, linen sheet user and these do feel nice. I was told they are 170 GSM even though that information is not listed on the site (ref flag). I am keeping these to test performance, but based on the unusable pillow cases, I likely won’t buy again."

"This is an incredible set of sheets. I was scared to buy them seeing how they were actually affordable. Everything from the color to feeling is unlike anything I have owned before. I am already saving up for another set because I know I won't sleep on any of my other sheets until these are worn through. Light and soft but super breathable."

Disappointment after disappointment
"I searched everywhere to find Linen sheets online. Like most, looking at the reviews was the only way I could ensure I was getting the best product. Like others, I chose to trust the reviews of strangers. I bought these sheets less than a year ago. The honey color was amazing and I thought I had done my due diligence to ensure that I would have a product that would last years. I loved these sheets, telling friends and family all about how amazing my sheets were and even designing my color scheme around the color of my sheets. Alas, My flat sheet ripped. Tore right down the middle. This is so disappointing. And now, I can't even get a replacement because the king sized is sold out. I had such high hopes for these sheets."

Best sheets and duvet covers ever
"Best sheets and duvet cover hands down. I am new to the French linen scene and what a game changer it has been. The items wash and dry up well following the instructions and I am a hot sleeper and never once have I gotten overheated yet. Beautiful colors and I have now purchased 2 different sets of sheets and 2 duvet covers. Very very happy."

"I purchased the Bokser Home 700 Fill Power Luxury White Duck Down Pillows (Medium, Standard/Queen) and a Bokser Home 100% French Linen Sheet Set (Full) through Macy’s. The order arrived Friday. I washed and dried everything as instructed and made my bed. While making the bed, I discovered a small hole in the flat sheet. Saturday morning, I reached out to Bokser directly via their website, attaching photos and my order info. By Monday at 10 AM, I had an email from Ben at Bokser Home: “We are sending a replacement that should ship later today. ” That’s what I call outstanding, no-hassle service. Now, the bedding itself—this is my first set of linen sheets and my first down pillows. The linen is light, breathable, and well sewn. The fitted sheet fits my thick mattress perfectly. Just note: linen is not wrinkle-free, but it has a relaxed, natural look that feels great to sleep in. The down pillows are equally impressive. I chose medium fill, and unlike other feather/down pillows I’ve owned that felt stiff and unyielding, these Bokser pillows are huggable, cradle the head in comfort, and don’t collapse flat overnight. They fluff up beautifully when making the bed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for comfort ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Bokser service I’m sure Macy’s would have resolved my issue, but since the bedding shipped directly from Bokser, I contacted them—and I’m very glad I did."
