This depends on your sleep position. Stomach sleeper: Our soft pillow is best for you. The plushness of this pillow allows a stomach sleepers head to sink deeply into the pillow keeping your neck a neutral position

Back sleeper: Our medium pillow is best for you. The fill weight in this pillow is more supportive than our soft pillow, keeping a back sleepers neck slightly raised in a neutral position Side sleeper: Our firm pillow is best for you. The side sleeper needs a lot of support to keep their neck in a neutral position. We over filled our firm pillow to provide enough support to keep the side sleepers neck in a proper position

the best pillow i’ve EVER owned! i look forward to sleep so much more now that i own this incredible pillow. i bought one for myself and for all my siblings and they loves theirs as much as i love mine! although this pillow is listed as the “soft” down pillow, it is fluffy and puffy enough to give you perfect support for perfect sleep.

I really love this pillow! It holds it's fluff and it feels soft but supportive enough. There are no feathers poking out or moving around, feels like just pure down. Very happy with my purchase.

    Love our pillows. I bought four pillows, one for each member of our family. I love a soft pillow but my neck would get sore when it flattened out. My new soft down pillow is supportive but allows my head to sink in and be surrounded by heaven.
